READY BOX
Ready Box junction boxes, as the name suggests, are ready-to-use and pre-filled with gel not classified as dangerous and elastic over time. Each package contains the 3 or 5-pole terminal block with connectors with Allen screw, to easily adapt to the different cable sections, and cable glands for cables with a diameter from 8 to 18 mm and for tubes from 16/20/25/32 mm. In addition, the installer has the option of using all the most common connectors available on the market.
The versatility of the Ready Box makes them suitable for various types of installation: from classic indoor or outdoor ones, to external walls, underground and submerged.
A vitally important aspect is that they have IP68 and IP69K degrees of protection: they are therefore totally protected from solid bodies, humidity and water, and can also be used in environments where washing with high pressure and high temperature water may be required.
Their innovative design allows you to insert the cable without having to break through the walls to install the cable glands, as happens instead for traditional boxes.
They are UV-resistant and are available in two sizes: 90 and 120, and in two colors: gray and black.
FOX BOX
Fox Box are junction boxes with 3 or 5 entrances with an empty internal chamber, which entrust the water and humidity seal to a perimeter compartment filled with gel, thanks to which they boast maximum lightness and capacity. They represent a convenience for the installer as they are ready-to-use and can be installed in any environmental condition.
Each package contains all the accessories necessary for installation, including cable glands, which optimize its versatility and allow it to be used with cables with a diameter from 6 to 18 mm and cable-holder tubes with a diameter of 16/20/25/32 mm.
The sealing is always entrusted to the gel, highly insulating, not classified as dangerous, elastic over time and without shelf life.
The Fox Box, in addition to being very useful for installers, are characterized by an elegant and functional design, which makes them aesthetically attractive. They are available in two colors: gray and black.
They are ideal for exposed systems, security systems and for the installation of video cameras; they are UV resistant, do not deteriorate with prolonged exposure to the sun, and do not release harmful substances when subjected to high temperatures.
Fox Box can also be installed in wet or flooded environments. Their IP68 and IP69K degrees of protection guarantee total protection from water, humidity and solid bodies and from high pressure and high temperature water jets.
BABY BOX
Baby Box are the pre-filled accessories in gel with integrated terminal block, compact and ideal for the derivation of cables with a diameter up to 18mm or in tubes up to 20 mm.
Each box is equipped with cable glands and its own connection system, but can also be used with the most common connectors available on the market.
Their IP68 and IP69K degrees of protection guarantee total protection from solid bodies, water, humidity and high pressure and high temperature water jets.
They are UV resistant and available in two colors: gray and black.
The main advantages that make the Baby Box an excellent solution for installers are their compactness, the speed of installation, their absence of shelf life, the fact that they are ready-to-use and complete with all the accessories to make the connection. Nothing to pour, mix or cast.
BOB 3 AND 4
Bob 3 and 4 make up the Little Joint X line, and they are junction boxes pre-filled with gel, with 3 or 4 entrances for multiple derivations, ready-to-use, compact and with minimal aesthetic impact.
They are equipped with cable glands that also perform an accidental anti-traction action on the cable, and a system with 3 Allen screw connectors. They are connection accessories, but also equipped with holes for wall installation.
Bob 3 and 4 are suitable for any type of installation, even the most extreme; the gel inside is permanently soft, extremely conforming, not classified as dangerous, elastic over time and without shelf life.
They are UV resistant and available in two colors: grey and black.
They allow the creation of multiple connection systems, and are therefore ideal for connection in lighting systems of gardens, steps and stairways, pedestrian passages etc.
Their IP68 and IP69K degrees of protection make them suitable for installations even submerged, and in any case subject to humidity and possible exposure to environments with dust, or where high pressure and high temperature water jets are present.
